We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Our stay in villa Tai was very relaxing and memorable. It is located in the peaceful surrounds of Puntera, about 20 minutes out of Pula. We particularly enjoyed seeing the sheep on the neighbouring property walking through. The home is very family friendly, we used the cot and the high chair and our little one loved playing with the toys ;). It also has all the amenities you would need for cooking etc. The outdoor area is also very well set up with two eating/cooking areas and a pool, it was too cool for us to use, but it would be amazing in the summer time. Entry into the property was easy with a key lock and the hosts were very welcoming, providing us with wine, drinks and even olive oil. Thank you Boci for hosting our family in your amazing home!

stay everything is fine. We had a problem with the kitchen but Lorena and Rino moved instantly to solve it. always friendly, helpful, and super kind. The house is beautiful and the pool is a great service. highly recommend it.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The vacation home is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly impressed by the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly it took a while until it was a little warm) – ideal for relaxing, no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you are looking for peace, comfort and a bit of luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Six of us spent 11 nights in this villa. It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. The kitchen equipment was first-class, nothing was missing, there was also a coffee machine and a whole pack of beans for it. We also very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and used it a lot. The only drawback here was the knives, which could have been a little sharper. Danijel was extremely friendly and helpful, on request he brought us additional towels and took care of everything very exemplarily. The drive to the villa is a bit adventurous, over a very tiny road, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. We can definitely recommend the place.

What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

The house was just as beautiful as described in the pictures. Anton was always there as a contact person. The pool and hot tub were super nice and clean, as was the entire house.

The house owners are super nice. They welcomed us very nicely and took care of all our needs. The house is brand new and very modern. The pool and whirlpool have great water quality.

We were a total of 6 friends in the beautiful villa and are completely satisfied! You should be mobile there, but it was also important for us to be a little more remote and also to be able to be a little louder. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, she always responded quickly to various questions. The pool is much larger than we expected and we can't complain about anything. Thank you very much.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

The space in reality looks much better than in the photos! The home has a lovely garden that is fenced completely around so our dogs could run free all the time. Swimming pool, gym, deck chair, a nice terrace it couldn't have been better! Even the kitchen has a lot of equipment! Our contact in Štokovci was super sweet. We drove about 30 minutes to Pula and about 40 minutes to Rovinj which are really nice old towns with a nice harbor and natural surroundings. Svetvinčenat, which is about 8 minutes away from the apartment, has two shops with everything you need in daily life. In addition, you can order at Pizza Palace really delicious food!

We were there with 4 people in early August 2019 and had a very nice time! It is a very nice accommodation that is quietly located. From there, we drove to a different beach every day, which was also very varied on the one hand. The accommodation is super equipped with everything you could ever need. The pool was gladly used by us in the morning and evening, especially the children had a great time! Worth mentioning is the beautiful terrace with barbecue facilities! We felt completely comfortable! Thank you!

Highly recommended, extremely uncomplicated communication, very spacious & well-kept villa with pool, in a private atmosphere! We'd love to come back!
