From there, you have a wonderful view of the idyllic mountains of Tyrol. The town of Imst, with many inns and shops, is about 5 km away.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms, each with 2-6 beds on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and tobogganing is right in front of the house. The nearest larger ski area is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.

A cozy dining area features a large wooden table surrounded by three green chairs with heart-shaped cutouts. Two copper pendant lights hang above, illuminating the space. A window allows natural light to fill the room, showcasing a view of greenery outside.

Greates is the old house name of the approximately 250-year-old farmhouse. Here you can sleep where the hay was once stored or take a shower where the cows were once milked. Greates was renovated in 2022 and combines Tyrolean architecture with modern architecture. The barn flat offers space for 8 people. In the Greates house there is another flat and a large garden. Guests who are quiet and love outdoor activities are very welcome. We do not want parties and celebrations.

Great place to stay with family or friends on a ski or summer vacation! If you want to rent a ski, it's right next door and the bus stop to the Hochötz or Kühtai ski resort is right around the corner, just great!

Lovely house in a lovely location. Nice space, nice bathroom and great bedrooms. You can walk on the slopes or into the forest to the waterfall.

The vacation house is positioned on a small hill, featuring a wooden balcony and an expansive roof. Snow covers the ground, and the surrounding landscape includes trees and distant mountains under a clear blue sky.

We booked the vacation home for a family vacation and felt very comfortable there the entire time! The house is very cozy, very well maintained and fully equipped. The view of the mountains from the two terraces and the garden is simply wonderful! You can walk from there or reach the neighboring towns quickly by car. There are also good shopping opportunities nearby. Christian is a very nice host who was always available to us!

Landhaus Anna - Tirol - Ötztal

Super nice place to stay. Everything was very clean. The hosts were very friendly and easily accessible. The first 2 days there was a problem with the electronics, which often caused the fuse to jump out. The hosts took care of it quickly and called an electrician the next day. The view from the cabin was very nice and thanks to the high-quality sauna the stay was very relaxing.

The check-in was straightforward and the staff very friendly. The property is very nice, clean and is very well located to reach possible activities on foot or in a few minutes by car. The wellness area and heated pool invite you to relax. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back.

Charming Chalet II - Jungholz vacation home

We were guests with a group of 12 male bikers in Jungholz and had an all-around nice time. The house was ideal for our stay – spacious common areas, a well-equipped cooking and dining area, and plenty of space to retreat. We particularly liked the large terrace and the balcony, which invite you to linger in the sunshine. The region is well suited for road and gravel biking. There are many beautiful, slightly hilly routes around lakes and bike paths right in the area. Even if the weather did not always cooperate, we were able to make good use of the days and enjoy the quiet location and nature. The bedrooms were clean and perfectly adequate, and a good restaurant was also within walking distance – very convenient! All in all, a very successful stay, where we were able to unwind wonderfully. Thank you to the hosts for the friendly communication and the great house!
