New-build apartments ALPsmart in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time in the quite place next to kids playground and a forest. Place has a stunning view on the valley Oetztal. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa Deluxe Apartments! The space is modernly decorated and at the same time very cozy. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent breakfast – a great selection and super delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The weather also played along perfectly – a lot of snow and a beautiful winter landscape that made the whole experience look like a real winter wonderland. We'd love to come back and can only recommend the place!

I stopped over for a day of snowboarding with my kids, so we did not stay long. But our stay was great. Our host was very kind and super helpful. Our apartment was very clean, and you can see that it's well cared for. The views are amazing too. There was ample parking in front of the home. And the basement featured boot-heaters (excellent!!) as well as a place to place snowboards/skis (also excellent!!). Finally, there was a sauna but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. The only stand out was the top bunk (bed). It is high and not easy to get in and out of - my kids did not like it (usually they fight for who can sleep at the top). So my oldest slept there. Thank you for a great stay!

The Lechner family welcomed us very well. We arrived around 7am in the evening and were able to get acquainted before checking in the next day. The apartment was exactly as described and the view over the valley and into the mountains was very nice. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, but that was also not an issue. The connection to surrounding regions is also very good. Thanks for the wonderful time at your place, we will be happy to come back Kind regards Jens

The room is simply but comfortably furnished. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. A storage room is available for ski equipment. The damp shoes and clothes can be dried in a communal drying room. Coffee can be bought at the vending machine in a common room. There is a table tennis table and foosball available for free. The breakfast is extensive and prepared with love. The operators are very kind and nice. I'm sure I'll see it again.

We had a great time staying at Tanja's place. Everything was very clean and Tanja very helpful. Her husband even fixed our car for the drive home, thank you again here! The accommodation itself is well equipped and the sauna or roof terrace are a real highlight. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. It was fantastic! There were three of us and the accommodation greatly exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy, lovingly prepared and the surroundings with the mountains were just beautiful. We didn't miss anything. Only the TV was not suitable for streaming etc. but that was really not dramatic. Absolute recommendation, we will be back! Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable :)
