This apartment is located in the centre of the small town of Imst in the Tyrol in one of Imst´s oldest houses. Far away from Lederhosen and mass tourism, it´s the perfect place to come back after, hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, swimming, enjoying nature and culture - also very suitable for longer stays. A steep and narrow staircase takes you up to the apartment, with stunning views especially from the balcony. There´s a lovely, welcoming second-hand bookshop down below, too.

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

The apartment is on the first floor and has its own terrace. In the eat-in kitchen there is a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. In the spacious bedroom there is a double bed and a large wardrobe. Home ventilation and smart home complete the feel-good experience.
