In the middle of the old town: colorful brand new barrier-free

40 stylish square meters in the heart of the picturesque old town. Until recently, there was a fabric shop on the ground floor of this monumental building. Now you can stay in one of the most beautiful apartments in Amberg. The newly built apartment is barrier-free and has a washing machine, a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the modern bathroom with underfloor heating and large glass shower, you will immediately feel comfortable.

A break in the hills

The apartment in Neusorg is located on the slope of the beautiful southern Fichtel Mountains. The idyllic Steinwald Nature Park also borders directly on it. Vacationers who like to play sports will find excellent winter sports facilities, well-marked hiking trails, bike paths and swimming pools in the immediate vicinity. Other wonderful leisure opportunities for all ages, as well as lookout towers, natural monuments, castles and ruins are also available in the surrounding area.

The shower is located in a separate bathing wagon with sink, composting toilet and shower.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Tiny apartment integrated into a four-sided courtyard

Tiny apartment close to nature (heated and with hot water) integrated into a barn in the Vierseithof, surrounded by 6000 sqm of garden. The nearest hiking trail runs along the property line. Wooden e-bikes are optionally available for rent. Bed linens and towels may be brought along or can be rented from me for a fee of €20 per person. The key is at the entrance door for you so you can go in independently if I'm not home.
