Une semaine formidable passée à Matala en famille. La maison est parfaite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, la grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie est un vrai bonheur !!! Et le village est très sympa avec beaucoup d’animations!!

We were two families with two children and spend a week in Lena’s house. The villa is specious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The house is in a remote location so you do need a car for everything, but you are in a less touristy and quiet spot of Crete and you can reach most of the top attractions within an hour drive. It’s about 15min drive to the nearest beach and 45min to Rhetymno town. It’s also easy to go to the mountains.

Beautiful location and amazing views. Slightly awkward to drive to with slightly bad very hilly roads so a 4x4 would have felt safer but we managed with a small rental car. The villa was lovely and the views were to die for. The infinity pool was really nice. We were welcomed by the owner and his wife himself with a nice welcome pack of provisions. Only (small) caveat is the necessity for a car as even the nearby village, beach and shops was a bit of a hilly trek. Overall a wonderful experience and would stay again.

We loved staying in this house - one of the best that we have stayed in over many years visiting Crete . View over the mountains is spectacular and the area is very quiet. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The outside sitting area and pool are perfect for sunbathing and eating outside. We didn’t want to leave ! Eleftherios was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. We would love to return .

Kerat-Style! Authentisches Haus mit 3 wunderschönen Sitzbereichen im Außenbereich, 2 Bädern, 1 Schlafz., Küche und Wohnz.. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Alles sehr einfach, aber unglaublich funktional. Wunderschöne Blumen um den Sitzbereich am Eingang. Die Leute gehen vorbei, grüßen freundlich und sagen: Ach was für ein lauschiges Plätzchen! WLAN funktioniert perfekt. Die Atmosphäre in Kerames ist toll. Die Einheimischen grüßen sehr freundlich. Schnell ist man in einem netten Gespräch. Eine Frau schenkte uns sonntags nach der Kirche selbstgemachtes Gebäck und andere authentische Leckereien. Einfach so. Unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft! Unten auf der Platia herrscht Leben, Dorfbewohner und Touristen in den zwei Tavernen / Kafenia. Die Käserei verkauft göttlichen Ziegenjoghurt und Misithra. Kommunikation: Sevastiana antwortet sofort, freundlich, kompetent. Emilia kümmert sich mit ihrem Mann um das Haus. Immer zur Stelle, totally hilfbereit, eine ganz ganz freundliche Person!

We had a great stay in Matala. The appartement has a beautiful location with an amazing view over the beach, sea and caves of Matala. It was only 1 min walk to the main street, and 20 meters more to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars on walking distance. The big plus for us was the private outdoor shower to shower off sand/sea water, and the big outdoor table with an incredible view. It was also a really short hike up to the top behind the appartment to watch the sunsets (on the way to the red beach). Ieronimoss was really helpfull with check-in and check-out. Recommended!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Ian in Melambes. Das ist AirBnB wie es mal gedacht war: ein wundervolles selbst saniertes Studio im Haus des Hosts in einem ruhigen, von Touristenmassen weitgehend verschonten Dorf. Durch Ian haben wir nicht nur das Dorf und seine Bewohner:innen (samt Bar, Taverne und Weingut), sondern auch die wunderschöne Umgebung kennen gelernt. Wenn wir noch mal nach Kreta kommen, dann dort hin!

Wir waren 12 Tage in der Unterkunft Heliopetra Studios. Wir wurden von Annas Bruder empfangen. Annas Mutter hatte einen Kuchen für uns gebacken, sehr lecker Die Unterbringung ist im Netz gut beschrieben, der Außenbereich und der große Pool sind super gepflegt, Danke an den Poolcleaner. Im Sommer ist die vorhandene Klimaanlage hilfreich. Nach 2 Tagen wurde gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt, die Betten frisch bezogen. Der Service war sehr gut, sehr nette Damen die immer wieder gefragt haben ,ob alles in Ordnung ist, zumal sie einen großen Aufwand hatten , nach dem Saharasand Regen alles wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Vielen Dank . Wir hatten aber auch das besondere Glück die Anlage für uns haben. Im Anschluss reisten weitere Gäste an. Ein Auto ist aus unserer Sicht unerlässlich.

We had a fantastic week away at Orizontes Residence in Crete where the whole family felt relaxed and hardly wanted to leave as we had everything we needed on site. The property is beautifully decorated inside with everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with towels, bathrobes and their own bathrooms. Outside is where the property is even better with a beautiful pool, a shaded dining area, a hot tub, a table tennis table, and an outdoor gas fire, all with the utmost privacy. The WiFi was so good we had no complaints from our sons all week and the air-conditioning was excellent even though it was nearly 40 some days! The whole family loved our time here and we will definitely be returning to such a great property in a perfect location. Thank you again to Roi, Xenia and Rosetta who made our holiday such a memorable one and congratulations on such a perfect holiday home.

We had the most wonderful stay at Wild Pear Villa. The villa is beautiful with a fantastic view of Agia Pelagia and the sea. It was in perfect condition, super clean, stocked with everything you need. We did not have a car but it's a short walk down to a small but lovely beach where you will find a few restaurants and a mini market. A little further walk will take you to Agia Pelagia which has many more restaurants and shops. Our hosts were wonderful. Anna and Victoria quickly replied to any questions we had and their mother Olga greeted us with food, fruits and beverages which we really appreciated arriving in the evening after a long flight from New York. Lovely people and a lovely home. We honestly didn't want to leave!

Ein sehr großes sauberes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin top. In der Mitte des Aufenthalts wurde das komplette Haus geputzt, alle Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. sehr ruhige abgelegene Lage. Bei dieser Unterkunft ist ein Auto notwendig, da keine Restaurants bzw Geschäfte in Geh nähe sind. Ist jedoch auch in der Beschreibung beschrieben. zum Meer Zugang führt eine Straße, ist in einigen Gehminuten erreichbar. bei starkem Wellengang kann der Zugang nur schwer genutzt werden.

An unforgettable stay at Villa In Vivo! Our experience at the Villa was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is pure luxury - spotlessly clean, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a relaxing and carefree stay. What truly made our holiday special, however, was the incredible hospitality of our host, Panagoula. Even before our arrival, she was in touch with me, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel welcome from the start. We were greeted with such warmth at the airport, and upon arrival at the villa, we found delightful culinary surprises and a beautiful selection of fresh fruit waiting for us. The mid-stay cleaning service after four days was a lovely touch, and we are especially grateful for Panagoula’s tireless support after the stormy weather – and for the delicious, healthy meal she brought us during the week! You and your family are the best! Highly recommended – we’d return in a heartbeat. Thanks a lot!

10/10 would recommend! Everything was according to the description and worth the price. Our apartament was clean and spacious, very well equipped for daily use. Odisseas & Evita were available and very helpful while sharing their recommendations. The town is small and rather quiet in April but the views and surroundings were most beautiful.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa auf Kreta war einfach traumhaft und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Villa selbst war in perfektem Zustand – sehr sauber, hochwertig und modern ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht, die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und klimatisiert, und der Außenbereich mit Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Hier konnten wir entspannen und die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte war vorhanden, die für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt hat. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal: ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch nah genug zu Stränden, Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit, wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Lovely villa in peaceful surroundings with nice pool area. Would recommend a car for exploring the nearby resort of Almyrida and further afield. We found plenty of traditional village and beachside greek/Cretan tavernas serving delicious food within 10 mins drive.

Einzigartig schön ! Kaum in Worte zu fassen. SUV oder Jeep wäre von Vorteil gewesen, ist aber auch so machbar. Jederzeit wieder

Wir fanden eine geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft mit wunderbar bequemen Betten vor. Auf dem gemütlichen Sofa auf der Terrasse haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Unseren Mietwagen (für Ausflüge sehr zu empfehlen) parkten wir in der Garage direkt unter der Wohnung. Theseus Beach Village ist eine idyllische, gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und Strand, die sehr beschaulich ist. Simos war immer schnell über zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in seinem Haus.

Die Villa, insbesondere die Lage, ist wunderschön. Wer Wert auf Privatsphäre legt, ist hier absolut richtig. Der Blick auf das Meer, der Sonnenuntergang, der private Pool, der Grillbereich sowie diverse kleinere Bereiche zum Relaxen gehören zu den großen Vorteilen. Auch im Innenbereich ist alles sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Unsere Gastgeberin Stella war sehr freundlich und antwortete immer schnell auf Nachrichten. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage im Wohzimmer wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Schöne Villa, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Die Aussenanlage versüsst dir den Aufhenthalt mit einem wunderschönen Pool, Bepflanzung und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Maria hat uns bei unserer späten Ankunft mit Esswaren begrüsst und Kostas von Etouri stand uns stets informativ zur Seite. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this property, accompanied by our two teenaged children and my parents who are 79 & 81. It has panoramic views of the sea and surrounding Cretan landscape that are gorgeous, as are the grounds themselves. The house is accessed by an automated gate, so private and secure. The outside amenities are amazing and no detail has been spared, especially for families, as described in the listing. There is an elevator, which we predominantly used for luggage but is handy with older family members as the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all with their own en suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a soaking tub. The top floor is its own suite with the stairs open to below so great if you are traveling with a family but maybe less so if you are four couples. The communication was excellent, with Roy responding to WA messages within moments, regardless of hour and the housekeeper came daily. We loved our stay!

Wir wären zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft, dieses Mal in der Vorsaison. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten alles was man braucht. Bei warmem und trockem Wetter lädt sonst die tolle Terrasse mit unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Verweilen ein, das konnten wir dieses Mal leider nicht so ausgedehnt nutzen aufgrund des Wetters. Leider waren noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet. Toller Gastgeber, wir kommen gern wieder. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Strand und bei vielen Restaurants

Ein super schöne Villa mit allem was es fù einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Sowohl die Küche als auch die Bäder und das Gym sind bestens ausgestattet. Auch an Kinder wird gedacht (Hocker in Küche und Bad, extra Kindergeschirr…). Die Außenanlage ist super gepflegt und man kann den ganzen Tag sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten finden. Die Straße die vor dem Haus langgeht ist wahrnehmbar, kann aber gut ausgeblendet werden. Wir waren eine Woche dort und wären gerne länger geblieben.
