Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically surrounded by greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

L'appartamento, pur essendo di piccole dimensioni, è ben organizzato e offre tutto il necessario: una cucina attrezzata, un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un tavolo da pranzo, una TV e un armadio, tutto in un unico ambiente. Il bagno è dotato di una comoda doccia. Ideale per chi cerca una soluzione pratica, vicino al centro storico e ai principali servizi.

It is a 30 sqm apartment divided into a living area (with equipped kitchenette, 90x90 table, TV and 2-seater sofa) and sleeping area with double bed (with sheets) and bunk bed wardrobe. The bathrooms are equipped with a 90x70 shower and equipped with a hairdryer and bath towels. The rooms are equipped with hot or cold air conditioning depending on the season.
