Our apartment is a 5 min walk from the train station of Bussigny and a 10 min train ride to the center of Lausanne. From the apartment you can go for nice forest and country side walks. There is also a running/fitness trail in the forest nearby. Our place is 10 min car ride to the lake (lac Leman), where you can enjoy the beach, water activities and lake side paths . We would be glad to give you more tourist advice if you desire.

Jean-Marc est toujours disponible pour toutes vos questions. Accès direct au Lac, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes. L'appartement est en adéquation avec l'annonce.

Wir waren als Familie dort, inklusive Grossmutter. War wunderbar! Wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt, ins Zentrum kann man (dem See entlang) spazieren oder den Bus nehmen. Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Nur die Kopfkissen fanden wir schlecht.

The apartment matches its description and photos well. It is in a very quiet living area that is well-connected via the Prilly Chasseur stops of R20 (going to Flon) and bus 33 (going to Prilly and Malley). I lived there for 2 months and did not have any particular issues. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a meal (oven+stovetop, pots, baking tray, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery). There is no microwave. There are free washing machine and dryer in the basement, you only need to bring detergent. Note that you can use them only on one particular day (typical, even if weird, Swiss laundry rules), ask Ludovic in advance if you are staying only for a couple of days and expect to do laundry. You cannot register this apartment as your place of residence in Lausanne. This is important if you are moving to live and work in Lausanne but are yet to register at Contrôle des habitants, get your residency permit, etc.

Living molto ampio con doppio salotto, cucina spaziosa a vista completa di tutto e luminosa completa il piano soggiorno un bagno ospiti e un bellissimo terrazzo vista lago. Al piano di sopra 2 camere matrimoniali con ampi armadi due bagni molto ben rifiniti e una camera singola Dalle camere con terrazzino vista lago. Milan é stato presente sempre gentile e premuroso.

La maison dispose de canoës que nous avons eu la chance d’utiliser en plein coucher de soleil. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien pendant notre séjour : cuisine propre et bien équipée, literie de qualité.. la maison est spacieuse, chacun a son espace. We liked the place and enjoyed the beautiful walks through the vineyards starting right behind the house. You can walk to Chaplin's Place in 25 minutes. The cable car station is also close by. From the top station you can do beautyful long walks. The place was very clean and well equipped. There was always a parking spot within a few hundred yards. The bedroom on second floor (steep stairs) offered nice lake views. The neighborhood is very quite with no through traffic. We would certainly come back again. Thanks Micha.
