By public transport it takes 15 minutes to get to the city center and if you prefer uber it is quite economical thanks to the location of the Appartamento Saludos!

Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

The 27 m2 terrace overlooks the lake from October to April.

The place was very nice and very clean. The description matched the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property is within walking distance. The area was very quiet in the evening. The hosts were very responsive to our messages. We recommend staying at the property.

Luca is a very uncomplicated and accommodating host. Everything that can be used is labeled "GUEST." There is also plenty of space for your own belongings. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Price-performance is extremely good. I'd love to come back.

Diego is a great host, and his place was really pleasant and clean. You have beds in the same room as the dining area and kitchen, but you can seclude your area with curtains, so you have privacy. You can use the kitchen, bathroom, and even the terrace, which was really nice. The location is good, quiet, close to the Sauvabelin forest and it's easy to get to the center by bus and metro.

Cathy is the "Superhost"! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Her modern apartment was clean and well-organized. My room was comfortable and quiet, and I was able to relax as if I were in my own home. I stayed for two weeks while attending EPFL. Cathy is very sociable, and I enjoyed sharing meals and conversations with her, while she also respected my privacy. And I was also comforted by her cute cat! I already miss the time! I’ll be coming back!
