"ChezlaCotch" two-room apartment between lake and mountains

For 17 years I have offered the studio "ChezlaCotch" between lake and mountains, to this studio is added (since April 2024) a bedroom that can accommodate two people. The two-room apartment is separated by a common hallway that we only use to access the economat. It is not possible to rent only the room because it is without sanitary facilities. So you understood the bathroom is common. To access it you have to spend in the “studio”, ideal for good friends or family!

The apartment is new (May 2023) very modern and fully equipped and connected with Amazon Alexa. There are 2 terraces, one is 40 square meters. There is a private free underground parking. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, and a giant TV 2.02 meter. There is also an arcade machine with more than 1000 retro games, a jacuzzi, barbecue and aquariums. There is a Japanese style bedroom with real Tatami, and also a japanese style toilet.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.
