Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Remsenburg-Speonk

A very nice and spacious house, quietly located in the countryside. In 5 minutes on foot you are at the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and in the morning you can hear many birds. Communication in advance was great. Even a toaster's wish was granted. The rooms are nice and the beds very cozy. There were three of us and we had good space. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There was even water available upon arrival. In the living room there is a large TV with Netflix.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. We really enjoyed meeting Steve and getting his recommendations for things to do. Everything is very well thought out and planned for your comfort. Steve is easy to work with and very responsive. The view and interior design make it a soothing and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the proximity to The Hamptons and made it all the way to the Montauk lighthouse taking the old highway as he suggested. Gorgeous! We had really good takeout from JCs when we wanted to eat in and just enjoy the peacefulness of it all. One of our favorite trips!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

The house was a beautiful historic house with beautiful beams and decorative touches (wallpaper, antique paintings) with a well-stocked kitchen. It had ample space and AC in every bedroom and living room. We are now huge fans of Westhampton. In the past, we have stayed in East or Southampton, which, compared with Westhampton is much more elite and expensive. Westhampton has a gorgeous and accessible beach (we went to Cupsogue) with an adorable downtown. C and her husband were both incredibly responsive and responsible - we would love to come back.

Clean, spacious, private basement apartment with some natural light. Very comfortable bed. Lovely backyard. Quiet, green residential neighborhood. Within 10 minute driving distance from Port Jefferson town center.

I really enjoyed myself on this brief stay and would gladly stay again the next time I’m on Long Island. Everything was positive, from my communication with Edward, to their flexibility when I overslept, to the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended if you’re on Long Island and don’t feel like staying at a hotel.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. We were only in town for a couple of nights, and Leslie’s rental was perfect. She was so helpful and extremely quick to respond to our questions, and we felt right at home in her apartment. It was spotless, had all we needed for a few days, and was private enough that we felt super comfortable with our pup. The basket of goodies was also so thoughtful since we’d forgotten to bring water! Highly recommend this stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely air bnb, it was perfect for our needs enabling us to be near family and friends yet have the quiet down time that was much needed. Being back in the old neighborhood was a super plus too, still a lovely area with local stores and restaurants and so many places to see and explore around town. Beautiful home, will stay again loved my stay!

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

We had a fantastic experience! The home is in the perfect walkable location to all of the shops and restaurants in mystic. The home is clean, looks just like the photos, and the owner is extremely detailed with arrival information. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay here again!

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
