It now has all the modern comforts by maintaining its character of anant. The garden is to the south, bathed in light and quiet on the park side. The 3 double bedrooms are on the floor. The 2 bathrooms are distributed between the ground floor and 1st. Parking is free on the street.

Perfectly located on one level accommodation 150 meters from the shops. Parking is available on the street or Parking 50 meters away. Médiathèque, leisure area at the edge of the Huisne and greenway not far away. Garden not adjoining behind the house with 1 small garden table and 2 chairs as well as deckchairs available. The 36 m2 house has just been renovated, not the outside. Bed 140 x 190. Small sofa bed with mattress of 100 x 180 in the living room.
