In life, there are moments that we can only live once. This stay is one of them. When you are in such a spacious, clean and new home opening to a great sea view, you can only enjoy the stay and enjoy every moment. You can also discover local specialties or if you wish to discover the city of Mahdia which is not far away. Not to mention of course the hospitality and the warm welcome of our host Adnen who only pushes you to one thing: reserve their spot for their next stay.

It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a café and restaurants in the surrounding area. You only have to cross the street to get to the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Very nice spacious apartment. Our host Mohamed was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were also easily possible outside the specified time window (as no other guests). We almost always had the communal pool to ourselves. The security also always helped us and was very nice. We highly recommend staying as a group.

The apartment was very clean, neat and functional. Absolutely sufficient for the kidney number of people. The amenities were also absolutely sufficient. We felt at home at the apartment. Unfortunately, the location is a bit unfavorable. Without a taxi or rental car, it is difficult to travel here. Beach is about 10 min away. Unfortunately, this is quite narrow, full and unfortunately also very dirty. I recommend the beach of Mahdia, it is very wide and clean. Every now and then the water doesn't work, then the well water turns on. But you can also wash yourself, just a little salty ;) We thank Jihed for the nice stay at one of his apartment.

It's not possible in the language of this world to say compliments about the place and the owner. They are so kind and wonderful. I was always in the customer's shoes and helped them feel comfortable.The place was very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also good. As a foreigner, I introduced and participated in their culture. They took a boat with them, went to the sea, and invited lunch. They took care of their alone customers like family. I was comfortable and happy as if I went to a relative's house for 3 days and 2 nights. I didn't meet a friend there, I met my family. I will never forget it. I will definitely be going back next time.

Excellent stay at Abderrazak's. The hospitality was impeccable and the apartment was very true to the photos. Abderrazak is an excellent and very welcoming host and we highly recommend his accommodation. We had a great time with our children. We'll definitely be back next year.

Miss Douja was so kind and helpful to my friends and me. The Villa is right by the ocean and walking distance to great restaurants along the marina. We loved staying at the house and eating at the restaurant she recommended. It is a great spot to stay at while visiting Monastir!

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

Hechemi was a good host, super helpful and always helpful with anything the location was close to the sea, safe and clean place. I highly recommend it

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

We had a pleasant stay at this house located just 20 meters from the beach, with a warm atmosphere and adequate air conditioning. The terrace upstairs, with its barbecue, is a real plus especially in the afternoon. Access to the house is via a small street, which can be a little tricky, but the owner was extremely welcoming and guided us to the address without any problem. Finally, it's interesting for those looking for tranquility since the nearby beach is not very busy. The only downside is the quality of the network on the ground floor, which is low (you have to go upstairs or go out to pick up). But it allowed us to disconnect a little and enjoy more of the family moments.

Again a big thank you to Adel and Manel for their welcome in their apartment which was perfect for our short stay in Monastir. We felt at home! A clean, functional apartment with beautiful pool views! We will definitely come back!

Everything was really good.. Host was very responsive and flat was lovely. The only thing was that I would have like to be told that the swimming pools were closed. I chose this place mainly for the kids and we couldn't enjoy the facilities. But apart from that, all was good
