The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. Apartment with private staircase access via the in-house barn, attention original, but very steep! The bathroom is very small due to the sloping roof, but nice.

Surrounded by the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Tyrolean Alps, it offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Right at your doorstep you can set off on extensive hikes and hike the Karwendel Nature Park. The Haller old town can be reached by car in about 20 minutes and the state capital Innsbruck in 30 minutes.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Our Köcken farm is in a quiet location, just minutes from the village center. Here you can enjoy a great view of the mountains – perfect for relaxing and restful days surrounded by nature. With its spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere, our farm is ideal for families. Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.

Apartment Heuboden

A special apartment is our "Heuboden Apartment with a view of the hayloft from Wiglhof". It is approximately 40 m² and accommodates 1-2 people on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a 1.60 m large ZIRMBETT for restful sleep. A generous kitchen-living area with an electric stove and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, with a cozy seating area and satellite TV.

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
