The apartment is quiet and close to the center. Jena is located in the beautiful Saaletal, which means that the living space in the valley is limited. Our house is NOT located in the center but underneath the landgrave of one of the mountains that surround Jena. We live in the villa district, located below the Landgrave, so on an elevation. Please consider when booking with children or people who don't like to walk! The apartment is about 100 square meters and distributed over 2 floors. There is room for up to people 8, double bed, and sofa bed in the living room. On the upper floor there are 2 double beds. The kitchen is equipped with Senseo coffee machine, water heater, stove, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes. The bathroom comes with a shower,bath and underfloor heating.

"Fuchsbau" - small rear building directly by the forest

If you are looking for peace and quiet and proximity to nature, our "Fuchsbau" is the place to be. The small rear building offers a cozy overnight stay for nature lovers on two floors. The apartment is located on our small farm on the edge of the Leutratal nature reserve. In addition to our family of 4, chickens, cats and two horses also live on the farm. Pony rides for small children are possible (on request). The Leutratal offers many opportunities for walking, hiking and enjoying nature.

Spacious vacation home/farm in the Thuringian Forest near Rudolstadt and Leuchtenburg - The three-sided vacation farm consists of a renovated farmhouse, a separate annex (with separate apartment for two) and a barn. The farmhouse has 2 floors and can accommodate a total of 11 people. On the first floor there is the living and dining area, a kitchen and a separate toilet. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In earlier years, the "good room" in this house belonged to the grandparents who lived and managed the farm here. Here, the first floor was extensively renovated and converted. The terracotta floor gives the apartment a warm and Mediterranean atmosphere. In the hallway, the historic tiles and the front door from 1876 have been preserved. The kitchen-living room has become a cozy meeting place.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
