Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
