The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments ,an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not of our management, surrounded by beautiful green lunogiana with a large garden in front of your disposal. It consists of 1 double bedroom,a bathroom with shower ,a living room with TV , an equipped kitchen,a barbeque in the private gated area in front of the house door and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.

Farm Apartment

Mutina Animalia ENPA is an oasis of the National Animal Protection Association, a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION that deals in particular with farm mammals. Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the bike path on the Secchia embankment and the historical center, less than 3 km away. The area is completely fenced and has an entrance independent of the facility and the animal area. Four-legged guests will be very welcome!

the apartment is part of a FARM STAY with 5 other apartments and is NOT a VILLA or a 5 STARS HOTEL. we have animals as Horses, sheep, chicken , dogs, cats and we are near the forest, so also wild animals the house is a renewed house of 1880 and it has stone walls and original wood ceiling. Pool, sauna, garden BBQ and oven are shared with the other guests
