Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Possibility to taste typical products of the area such as balsamic vinegar and marmalades of own production. Welcome to our place!

The apartment is located in a context of natural greenery, at the foot of the hills and at the gates of Reggio Emilia, the city center can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Santa Maria Nuova arcispedale can be reached in minutes by car, as well as the RCF Arena. The privileged location ensures the utmost peace of mind and enjoyment. You can have lunch/dinner in the garden and use the barbecue present! Tourist tax of €2.5 per person (only for the first 5 days)

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

Would you like to stay in the old Ferretti farmhouse? Today it is a cozy country house with two independent apartments. The larger of the two is the Abitazione del Lauro. A large space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and independent entrance. It's ideal for families or groups. You will stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in our large equipped garden.

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
