The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

Truly beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the strait of Messina. The interior is very modern and has all you could wish for, washingmashine etc. The sorroundings are very quiet and at night you can only hear the waves from the ocean if you keep the door to the balcony open. A beautiful beach at the easternmost point of sicily is 3 minutes away by foot, restaurants and shops are all in a 5 minute raidius. The communication with Irene is extremly friendliy and welcoming! All in all its a must stay if you are planning so overnight in that region and i really recommend it! I will definitly come back asap!!

The access to the accommodation was a bit surprising at the end of May as you have to drive through a small stream to get to the end of the road. The entrance to the free underground garage is also a bit bumpy and it is recommended to unload the car beforehand at the apartment if it does not have high tires. But once you arrive, the accommodation is really impeccable with a beautiful view of the sea. You can hear the sea rushing at night and can sleep with the window open without hesitation. You can also get to the beach directly from the apartment via a small staircase. The place was one of the cleanest I've ever experienced. The unfortunately often neglected mocha pot for making coffee was really clean. You can easily reach all public transport as well as small bakeries and shops on foot. Since you can use a free parking space, excursions by car are always easy. The place is really highly recommended.

Flawless accommodation, well-equipped, close to tourist attractions We had a lovely stay . everything was perfect.

Nice comfortable apartment, fine sea view of the bay with a large balcony. Close to buses, trains and the motorway. Restaurants and shops close by. Pietro is a good host, helpful and friendly, taking time to advise on using the sofa bed, the TV with Netflix and Prime. Pietro provided a lovely bottle of local wine.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The apartment was super clean, calm, and had a beautiful view of the beach—exactly what we were looking for during our workation. Both Frank and Gianpiero were super friendly, flexible and always quick to reply whenever we had questions. Everything went super smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Letojanni. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a more quiet place and still want to visit the main attractions in the neighborhood. The aparment was very nice and communication was super easy. We hope to come back some time! :)

Rita is the loveliest host. Kind, and caring. A beautiful warm smile. A beautiful soul. Next time I am in Sicily I will definitely stay at one of her properties. Everything I needed was there. I had fun Cooking! It is the cleanest property I can remember staying at. I was really happy with the price and the location. I was able to walk up to Taormina or along to the centre of Giardini-Naxos. If you are not as keen a walker as me, catch the bus service which stops at two places nearby. You can go for a swim easily as the sea is right in front of the apartment. As for those who have complained about the noise, and being someone who is normally affected by this, It really didn't bother me. It's part life in this colourful part of Sicily. Less noisy than NY or Bali! Pizza next door! I chose well this was my preferred end of the Esplanade of Naxos. Rita I can see really cares about her guests, and was so kind to me even though I didn't learn any Italian in time for my adventure. thankYOU

The apartment is compact but very well designed and stocked. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There has been a great deal of attention to detail and that makes your stay simple and easy. Sebastiano is a great host who is available if there are any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. I enjoyed my time at the apartment.

The most wonderful person and host I have ever met in all my journeys! Had an accident with days in a hospital and without any questions she was by my side as an angel!! Without the speech and language and her help it would have been the hell for me!! A very sweet place to be, slowly with a nice coffee bar and a fruit bar right in front. Nice bed where you want to wake up with the ocean… A place to be again and again

Huge flat with 3 balconies, huge living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. Washer, iron, toiletries, and extra towels. Great owners who took great care of us. They gave tips for a great stay. Great location. A minute to the sea, restaurants. 5 minutes to the local shop smelling Italian. 7 minutes to the train station. We recommend walking to Catona, travelling to Sicily by water tram, visit to Melito di Porto Salve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real Italy.

The house is amazing, everything is very new. High quality appliances and utensils. The host is very kind and accessible.

We had a great time here, Salvatore was very helpful and responsive. The place was a great spot to visit the surrounding towns and find easier parking compared to the rest of the town. The place has a lovely private access to a nice cove.

We really enjoyed two bedroom apartment with clean bathrooms and kitchen! Francesco was very helpful with recommendations of the restaurants, shops and attractions . We had a beautiful balcony with sea view where we had breakfast every morning, great parking just next to the our building. We were able to walk to the downtown but it is not an easy walk. Francesco gave us instructions how to get to the public parking by the car and that was very helpful.

Claudia warmly welcomed us and also provided us with a few small things in the Air B N B (butter, bread, cookies, yogurt). The apartment is located directly opposite the beach and next to a small kiosk where you can get drinks and ice cream and about 30 minutes from Taormina. The balcony faces the street, but we knew that and it was no problem for us. We thought it was really nice and just right for a week of beach, siesta in the apartment, and beach again. Nice comfortable apartment and very nice guests. Everything you need is there when you arrive. Very nice waterfront even if we were there for work. Difficult to find a place to park the car but since you can find everything within walking distance of the accommodation, there is not much need to move it. Beautiful villages to visit around...

Our family (2 adults/2 children) enjoyed a wonderful stay here in April. It is a well-equipped and good sized property with everything we needed. It is well located on the coastal road: a few minutes drive (or 20 minutes steep walk) to Taormina and also from the beaches/Isola Bella. Communication with the host was good and the building manager was very helpful with our arrival.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Ginos place is wonderful! We were greeted by him and his lovely wife who were exceptionally hospitable. The apartment is very big, spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Gino recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner which was delicious. 5 star review all around

The apartment is located in the best stretch of the promenade, it is well structured, organized and equipped as a house in which to live all year round. We were very well received by Giovanni and his family, always attentive to meet our requests and provide us with useful tips on the stay. We enjoyed Brancaleone, a very quiet village with a beautiful sea and an archaeological site ("Brancaleone vetus") that is worth visiting, along with the residence of Cesare Pavese and the sea turtle recovery center. For the rest, you can expand your exploration to the historic center of Bova, the enchanting Gerace, the beach of natural pools in Africo (where the advice is to bring a mask to enjoy the beautiful view of the seabed), and go as far as Siderno to find a more organized promenade. Sites that help you discover an unprecedented Calabria full of natural wonders. Thanks for the welcome :)
