We had a great stay! Easy check in, great communication, lovely accommodations and amenities, and so close to the beach!

This place had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast every morning, and was fully stocked with beach supplies. Would definitely stay again! We were very comfortable the entire time.

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Tampa. The area has a ton to do nearby, and it’s a quick jump to downtown Tampa. The house was the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed at from top to bottom. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those coming to the area.

Marisa’s beach rental was perfect! This place is like new; a cozy layout and mere steps away from the beach. She provided everything a family would need for a beautiful vacation (all kitchen necessities, beach towels, beach chairs, and snacks for the kids as we walked in). My family is local in Tampa Bay and Reddington Shores is our beach of choice. When we saw Marisa’s rental come up in our search, and seeing the pictures of the place, we booked immediately! For those of you who aren’t from the area, in 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated the area, so this community is rebuilding and making a strong rebound. Do not hesitate and book this place, TODAY! Support Reddington Shores and I promise the beach, the people and this beautiful rental will not disappoint you! PS- you have to swing by Nachman’s Seafood Market while in town. This Airbnb was a perfect location for a beach trip! Super close to several great locations, food, and fun. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

Great listing and will continue to return here when visiting St. Pete/Tampa area. Ramon has been great, and I love the large shower & Murphy style bed.

As it says in the listing, the room itself is small, but there is a large closet and many shelves and drawers to put all your things up and out of the way. The balcony is quite large with a nice view. we didn't cook, but it appeared there was enough supplies to do some light cooking, and a full size refrigerator. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Al checked in multiple times which was nice, I don't typically experience that from hosts. The motel itself was also nice, pool was great, Tiki bar, the beach entrance, nice staff, all great. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! Quaint and super clean little complex right across from beach, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Received immediate help with keypad when needed. You definitely won’t be disappointed with your stay!

We stayed for 10 nights, visiting family. It was nice to have a nice place to cook our meals and have some private, quiet time. Kevin and Krissy were very quick to respond when we needed clean linens and such, both were very nice and helpful. Location was great also. Thank you for sharing your place, much appreciated.

I stayed at Jeremy's for about a week and had a great experience! The property is just as it is described, and the keyless entry is easy. I picked it for the location as I have family that lives nearby and I was able to walk down the Pinellas trail which is just about a block away. As for food, I found a nice cafe around the corner (Wildflower) which is really good. The property is super clean, nice kitchen, and comfy bed. Excellent communication with Jeremy/Mia. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this little apartment. The location was great. It was extremely clean. She allowed me to check in early. She had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. It had an amazing view of the water. I will definitely be back.

In late May 2025, my family and I had a very positive experience at the facility. We enjoyed the swimming pool and water park, which we used daily, and the complimentary water park passes were a great bonus. The air conditioning worked well, and the accommodations were commendable. Its proximity to several dining options and the beach, just a three-minute walk away, added to our enjoyment. The sun deck on the fifth floor offered spectacular views! While the experience was enjoyable overall, there were a few drawbacks worth noting. One significant limitation was the strict policy regarding food and beverages at the pool area during the water park's operational hours. Guests were not permitted to bring their own snacks or drinks, as security was actively enforcing this rule. However, it was possible to indulge in refreshments, provided they were purchased directly from one of the various vendors inside the water park. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, which I think is quite early.

To be completely honest - I was a little bit out off by the initial description that leaned so heavily on the "Don'ts" and restrictions being communicated. However, they didn't apply to me and I really wanted a floor level condo, so I took a chance. I'm happy to report that this unit and host exceeded my expectations in hospitality. The space was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could possibly need for beachside fun. Easy entry, comfortable spacious bed, perfect setup with extra seating, and very peaceful quiet complex. Had no issues with parking. Plenty of nearby delicious dining options and the beach was literally a hundred feet or so away. Very private clean beach - I grew up in this area and have always loved Redington for it's tranquility and peace vibes. Will definitely be marking this unit as a favorite for repeat visits! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The beach amenities available are top notch! Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and more! The host is super responsive and friendly. This is a great place and an amazing stay!

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.
