Private suite vacation rentals in Redding

The space was quiet, spotless, and felt very private—even though it’s an addition to the main house. It was also in a convenient location, just about a 10-minute drive from everything we wanted to do in the area. The host was incredibly responsive and even let us check in early, which was a lifesaver in the heat. No issues at all during our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Redding!

It was blistering hot in Redding, 104 when we arrived. They had the air conditioning set and running comfortably when we arrived. What a relief after 6 hours of driving!

My stay with Brian and Amaryah was exceptional. From the very beginning, they were attentive, kind, and always willing to help. The place was spotless, very cozy, and just as shown in the photos. You could tell they put care into every detail to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect and the atmosphere very peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying with them and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and clean, with a great location that felt safe and welcoming. The sunset views were beautiful, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area without hesitation.

We were pleased with our stay at Matt & Karina’s place. It was perfect for our needs. We had a short stay and busy weekend, but the place was clean, cool (106 degrees outside) and quiet. The jacuzzi bath was a nice perk. I would recommend their place.

My wife and I had a great time staying in Haley’s guest suite. Haley was very attentive and responsive and the suite itself was immaculate and very well taken-care of. We look forward to staying here the next time we visit Redding and would recommend it to anyone.

Lysen’s place is always a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend it. She is very responsive and nice and her pace is very clean. We have stayed a few times and I look forward to staying again. It feels like a home away from home.

Everything was as advertised and the stay was fine, but there was a terrible odor when I arrived (around 10pm) that reminded me of a soiled baby diaper. I smelled it until I went to sleep, but did not smell it in the morning - not sure if that's because it actually didn't smell anymore or if I was just used to it at that point. Otherwise all was OK for my overnight stay.

Not far from downtown. I did a quick overnight with my daughter. We didn't need much so it worked well for us. Glad to have access to laundry and a small kitchen as needed. For us, the location put us minutes away from what we had come to do so that was helpful. Very cute and tidy.

Great space, cute and private. It had a small dinette area and everything you need. Small fridge, dishes, utensils, Keurig and coffee pods, etc The linens were clean and smelled great (I’m picky) :) Huge smart TV. Overall, great value for the space. Very sweet family. Thanks for having me.

Steve and Debra are great hosts and very responsive. It was my first time staying at a B&B so I was a little nervous about which one to book. I was happy I booked with them. When I arrived, I saw that it was exactly what was shown in the photos. It was very clean and private, had a good parking location and overall very comfortable. I am glad I found this B&B and recommend it for anyone wanting a clean, private and nice studio with nice hosts.

Marc’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and off the freeway. Kitchen had a microwave and fridge and bathroom had a bathtub, which we appreciated for the kids. Marc communicated check-in instructions clearly and was responsive. Thanks for the pleasant stay!
