The property has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living-dining area, a sofa, two bedrooms each with a bed and two single beds (extra beds). A bathroom with shower and tub as well as a sink and toilet is available. The apartment is about 300 meters away from the cultural center (VHS) Herne and about 500 meters away from downtown Herner. A supermarket and bakery are right at the back of the house.

The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.

Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen wie Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Nespresso-Maschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich für max. 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern.
