We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Furnished apartment to stay in a quiet location of the area. A separate entrance leads you first to a hallway, from which the renovated bathroom can also be reached. In another room there is a kitchenette with a living/dining area. A sleeping option is on a top floor, which can be reached via a wooden ladder (NO STAIRS!). The residential unit has a size of about 23 square meters. Use of the garden is NOT part of the listing.
