Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Villa Martina is a beautiful newly built modern and luxurious villa with a private pool designed with love and care, and offers its guests a great vacation. In the village there are family houses and holiday homes, while the first restaurant is 2 km away, the first shop 3 km away, and the nearest beach 6 km away. In a fully fenced yard of 910 m2, guests have at their disposal a 28 m2 swimming pool with a sunbathing area and 4 deckchairs, 3 parking spaces and a children's playground. Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

This 3-room can accommodate up to 9 people and is therefore suitable for 2-3 families as it has fully fenced yard. The main house on the ground floor has a kitchen, living room and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one toilet and a sofa in the hallway. In the second house there is one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and living room( extendable couch). Large covered terrace, well and fireplace, and there is a large pool 8x4m2 with a beach of 100m2, and a table tennis and volleyball net.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
