Very stylishly furnished apartment with a new bathroom and balcony. Kitchen as described and in great condition. Garage safe parking space for the bikes. Quiet location, just outside the city center. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I would gladly come back.

We had a nice stay. The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. In addition, the apartment was super clean. Communication with Francesca was excellent. She always responded quickly and nothing was too much. When we were missing wine glasses, she brought them in no time. And when booking, there were no chairs on the balcony, but she made sure they were there when we arrived. Location is also ideal for exploring Friuli. I highly recommend this accommodation!
