Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and grilled and pizza, on site or take away for prices from another time, a meatball is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

The place is in the first row on the Black Sea. You have an unobstructed view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15 meters from the water. The place is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the space are good. Thank you Marek for letting us be your guests. We liked it very much at your place.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Fantastic location directly on the sea, very friendly neighbors, extra praise to the great service in the restaurant directly in the house - we had a great week and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

We had a great stay , the apart was spotless and very well equipped. The access with the lifts within the apartment building, and down from reception, and down to the beach meant it was ideal for us having someone with limited mobility in our party. The complex itself was lovely, though as our visit was too early in the season, unfortunately none of the restaurants or the supermarket on site were open. That said, this would be a perfect location for families to holiday in.

I liked everything and everything suited me. Everything was good: wi-fi speed, hot water, toilet paper, cold and space in the fridge, quiet neighbours in the yard. Enough utensils and kitchen appliances to cook whatever I wanted. The bed linen and towels were changed in a timely manner. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, and this was a blessing for me: I felt comfortable day and night, ate and slept well. I enjoyed 2 weeks of beach holidays at the sea.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Rozalia’s place was definitely worth the money. Location was walkable, very good restaurant and fruits stands right across the street. Very quiet place. I was sleeping very well there. No criminals in the area, you can walk late at night around the area. I’m very satisfied.

The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the accommodation.
