We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

Daniel is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is complete with all the equipment to make you feel at home. There is a locked parking lot in front of the apartment. I was able to use his wonderful grill. I will definitely come back next time I visit Burgas

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and grilled and pizza, on site or take away for prices from another time, a meatball is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Pay attention to the address when you go. The hosts are very sweet people, a quiet and calm neighborhood. We didn't have a problem outside of the address

Amazing taste in home design/decor and an incredibly helpful and friendly host who always answered right away. The beach and pool are easily accessible, beds are spacious and the separate bathrooms were spotless, BBQ and kitchen stove worked great, garden cats were cute and abundant and the backyard patio was equipped for smokers and featured a remote control roof that could let the breeze in. Our stay was overall magnificent and we had a marvelous time. We even looked up the furniture and knick-knacks online to take ideas for our own homes because we loved it so much there. We would definitely love to come back again for another summer vacation.

Everything was as described, hosts were friendly and responsive. The area is really nice and peaceful, but also very walkable to the central streets and 20-25 mins to the beach.

Great place, it was cold in the apartment at first, but since we booked at the last minute then everything was fine ,we turned on the air conditioning and it became warm🙌 The host is very responsive.

Perfect location just a few minutes walking from the centre. The apartment is on the second floor of a house (separate entrance, can be seen on photos) located on a quiet street. Everything needed as amenities can be found, the place was perfectly clean, smelled amazing. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, stylish modern furniture and decorations. Rosen was very kind , communication was good and he even came to find us to give us the key so that we could check in when ever we want. He gave very good instructions of the building etc the location is perfect sea garden and beach are very close as well as the city center . I would always come back

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
