The cottage has a kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a stick vacuum cleaner, as well as a sauna with hot water in the summer. Separate bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a sofa bed in the cottage. There is a new refrigerated toilet in the dressing room. No running water. Gas grill. The cottage's floor, kitchen, and terrace were renovated in the spring of 2025. Solar panels added in 2026 and new batteries on June 16, 2026

The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
