The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Close to nature and Franconian coziness.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

The apartment has a living room/bedroom with 2 beds (a double bed and a separate, single bed) and a sofa bed (optional 4th bed), wardrobe and a television. Bed linen and towels are included. Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

The apartment is located in our house with a separate entrance. It was lovingly and comfortably furnished by us. The apartment is 70 square meters and the south terrace is about 35 square meters. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom. Location: Zapfendorf is located in the city triangle of Lichtenfels, Coburg and Bayreuth. The A73 is about 1 km away.
