The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. An old, fenced in and FULLY AIRCONDITIONED country house with a touch of country flair,soul and charming details. It is surrounded with flowers and greeness. It is very much loved , cherished and I hope you will have that kind of feeling when you get here. The pool area is spacious and hidden from all the looks. Groceries shop is near. Every year we invest into something new so it is very well equipped. Daily pet fee 15 eur per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.
