We also have several animals on our property including horses, dogs, cats and wildlife such as antelope. Washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen, smart TV, sleeper sofa with a foam mattress. I put sleeps 4, but make sure your 4 know of the sleeping situation! There is enough space for 4 people, that would mean 2 on the king bed and 2 on the sleeper.
