Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Located on the Northwest side of town with easy access to the interstate for driving to attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse , the Sturgis rally, and historic Deadwood. All explorers are welcome: singles, couples, and families will all find the accommodations comfortable, cozy and clean with the added bonus of seeing wildlife such as turkeys and deer on a near daily basis!

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance).
