All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

An on-call driver is available from 8am to 10:30am and from 2:30pm to 4:00pm to Annupuri, Hirafu and Hanazono.
