Cozy and newly renovated Sørlandshus in a central and peaceful area, 5 minutes walk to Kristiansand's main street. Large terrace, 2 gardens, barbecue and dining area. Living room with pine floor, heating cables, wood stove, lots of plants, sofa nook, dining table , large double bed and sofa bed. TV and music system associated with wifi and chromecast. The kitchen has all facilities. New toilet with heating cables, massage shower and washing machine. 150 meters to grocery store. The cats Nani and Pele are brothers and fond of cuddles.

Part of semi-detached house.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The accommodation is located just north of Kristiansand City Center. Very child friendly and calm area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large couch with 75 inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be freely used. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

Unique architect-designed villa with outdoor pool, 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 3-4 living rooms and consistently modern and warm design choices. Top equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Here you will find tranquility, but has cycling distance to Kristiansand center and Dyreparken. Sleeps up to 16 guests! Parking on the property and great outdoor areas. Close to forest and lake, and the well association has a dock in 4 minutes walking distance. Paving/outdoor area around the pool will be completed in late spring/summer 2025.

The two-story home features a modern design with a sleek façade and a metal roof. An outdoor terrace with seating is visible, along with a slide and a trampoline in the garden, surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges. The area appears spacious and well-maintained.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Village idyll 15 min from Kristiansand

Here you can stay stylish, in peaceful and rural surroundings - perfect accommodation for couples and families with children on vacation. Also great for those who need to immerse yourself in work undisturbed. We rent out the guesthouse in our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. The house is in solid wood, designed by Trollvegg Arkitektstudio and was finished in 2022. It is pulled back on the property, with the forest being the closest neighbor. Welcome to us!
