Simple, older, small cabin, fully equipped. 15-minute drive to Kristiansand city center, the golf club, Dyreparken, the shopping center (Sørlandssenteret), and Aquarama (Badeland), and it is about 1.5 km from the lake (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area close to Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches, and a barbecue area. Great hiking areas with marked trails. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.
