Cozy apartment with its own terrace and good views. It is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. It's a spacious living room. Private bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline Park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks around the lake, etc. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

It is plus minus 10 minutes to both Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, Sentrum, IKEA, Hamresanden and Danskefergen. The apartment is in a very child-friendly residential area with immediate proximity to playgrounds. Bus right outside the apartment. Walking distance to REMA1000 and Coop Extra. Private loft/living room/ playroom with TV and sofa bed. Great for those with kids, here are toys/games/books etc.
