New house in the middle of the zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + WC room and laundry room. Several patios. High standard with large open kitchen and difficult airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a children's room, but have pull-out double beds Absolutely unique location at the heart of the cul-de-sac close to the sea. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padelbane. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien just outside the door.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel.
