Living room with pine floor, heating cables, wood stove, lots of plants, sofa nook, dining table , large double bed and sofa bed. TV and music system associated with wifi and chromecast. The kitchen has all facilities. New toilet with heating cables, massage shower and washing machine. 150 meters to grocery store. The cats Nani and Pele are brothers and fond of cuddles.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The accommodation is located just north of Kristiansand City Center. Very child friendly and calm area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large couch with 75 inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be freely used. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.
