Here you live in a peaceful neighborhood in Søm. 12 min by car to the Zoo and 10 min to the city center. Access to electric car charger. Private outdoor area with hot tub. Kiwi, pharmacy and beach are within walking distance. Rain? No problem! 3 x Apple TV, PS5, PS4, beads, lots of toys and games solve it. Water spreader, small children's pool and trampoline ready for use on hot days. 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Possibility to set up 2 extra beds on 1 floor. A great and practical house with sleeping places for 9 people. Possibility of 2 extra beds (foam mattresses) for an extra charge. Bed linen and towel included. The house is perfect for both 1 and 2 families on a trip. About 5 minutes drive to both Dyreparken, Hamresanden and Sørlandssenteret. Kjevik airport and Kristiansand city center (10 min by car). The area is child-friendly and has two outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beach is close by (5 min walk). 2 parking spaces are attached to the property.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It includes a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed. It takes 17 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 5 minutes to the city center. We are so fortunate to have great hiking trails and nice swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. The house is cozy, according to people who have visited. You are welcome to book.
