We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening we are comfortably seated inside… to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Sylvie's place is just perfect, I've rarely seen it so clean. It's spacious, quiet, there's everything you need to feel good. I recommend it. Sylvie advised us very well and was very responsive to our requests. Thanks again 🌞

We had a lovely weekend with 4 couples of friends whose accommodation is well-equipped.

Patrick had a lot of small touches for us (map and photos access by email, cookies and others on arrival) and we were hosted very well. The accommodation is clean, functional and has many useful elements (functional internet, washing machine and dishwasher etc...). The garden is simply sublime and the environment romantic. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. We would recommend your rental to anyone. In short, a real favorite!!!

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with beautiful decor. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well-equipped for a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this relaxing place.

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

We stayed 1 night and the small apartment was great. It offers everything we needed and there were also nice touches throughout. I do recommend to other guest.
