Enjoy the vacation rental, its cozy courtyard and our heated swimming pool located in our garden, with access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We can also enjoy it (4 people max), but in your absence, or according to convenience. This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Come and enjoy this comfortable 120 m2 furnished apartment with your family or friends ALL YEAR ROUND, with its PRIVATE indoor pool accessible 24 hours a day directly from the living room. Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Linens and towels provided (beds made before your arrival). No bath towels for the pool.

Cozy and independent wellness studio with private sauna and free access to the shared heated swimming pool (mid-April to early October). Enjoy a video projector for a cozy movie experience with integrated Netflix. The studio is on my property. Quiet, private covered terrace. Enclosed parking with electric gate. Ideally located between Dinan, Dinard and St Malo for a romantic getaway on the Côte d'Émeraude. Garden shared with Nuts, our Australian Shepherd.
