This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. The village of La Richardais with its various shops within walking distance. Dinard Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away - Ciné Bowling Laser Game is 1 minute away

Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th and shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Linens and towels provided (beds made before your arrival). No bath towels for the pool.

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Cozy and independent wellness studio with private sauna and free access to the shared heated swimming pool (mid-April to early October). Enjoy a video projector for a cozy movie experience with integrated Netflix. The studio is on my property. Quiet, private covered terrace. Enclosed parking with electric gate. Ideally located between Dinan, Dinard and St Malo for a romantic getaway on the Côte d'Émeraude. Garden shared with Nuts, our Australian Shepherd.

Each home has its own independence and outdoor space. POOL open from April, temperature varies according to the weather. It is shared by all the cottages. PLAYGROUND ideal for the kids. Linen not provided or extra charge of 10 euros per bed and 5 euros per person for towels.
