Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Entry to the old stables greets you with a large open space layout showcasing all the barns original exposed feature roof detailing made up of the original King post timber trusses and exposed timber rafters.

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Linhay is a collection of self-catering accommodation at Holmewood Estate, and The Hollow over 2 floors provides a characterful open plan kitchen/living space, king-size bedroom with ensuite, an additional sofa bed for an additional charge for up to 2 people, and parking for two cars.

Linton Lodge is an annexe set back behind locked gates making it secure for children and pets. Breakfast comes as part of the package: items are left for you to cook/prepare at your leisure. This also includes; cereals, bread, preserves, and a selection of hot drinks. The private courtyard garden has table and chairs if you wish to eat outside. There are books, games, SKY tv., Netflix and Disney+. We are a short walk from amenities, the market place and Waitrose.

'The Maid's cottage was a perfect retreat and photos don't do it justice'. Our cottage is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with children to have a relaxing retreat in this cosy home, with its own hot tub. We feel it is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children, who would be happy to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. The garden is enclosed and perfect for dogs. It was completely renovated in 2020 and opened in late 2021.
