My daughter and I had the pleasure to stay with Rose and Paul during her transition to the area for a job. Even with the road construction going on, Rose took extra effort to make sure we had accurate directions and were always informed about events. They were both friendly and kind. Very appreciative. The suite was exactly as described and even when the keurig needed work, she saved to day by providing coffee. Thank you! We hope to be back sometime to say hi again.

Your place was a perfect fit for our weekend plans! We could stay and relax, but also did activities in the Cities due to close proximity. Perfect fit and place to allow our fur baby to come along! THANK YOU!

A perfect little spot for a group of friends to stay! It came fully stocked with everything you could ever need on trip, all while being priced at an extremely reasonable rate! Deb is very responsive, and kind as well. All in all, highly recommended! :)

Kevin was a wonderful host! I stayed for about a week and he was responsive and helpful. I had just about the best sleep ever on the comfiest bed, too! Quiet street, a few blocks from a Walgreens, grocery, and convenience store. I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this rental for its convenient central location in a lovely neighborhood and many amenities within walking distance. Rental unit is well-equipped: bed was quite comfortable other furnishings were cozy. During my stay, it was not warm enough to sit on the secluded patio but I enjoyed the view and the privacy of that outdoor space.

Tamara’s place was perfect- welcoming, clean, spacious, well-stocked, and right on the water. She even supplied life vests for the canoe we have access to. Loved staying here!

Deborah was a great host. She was available upon my arrival. She was good at communicating. Her place was perfect for me. It was about 2 miles from my daughter’s house. She lent me her bicycle one day. That was great. On my birthday I found a cupcake on my table. Very thoughtful. She is also a fabulous masseuse. She was friendly and accommodating. All in all a wonderful experience

Nice cozy area to stay in for a night! Only time the kids were “loud” was in the morning after 9. Otherwise it was a great place to stay in!

Jeremy and Wania were excellent hosts. The house was amazingly beautiful! It felt like home. I would highly recommend staying there. We will stay there again on our next visit to Hastings.

Impeccably clean unit in walking distance to Lake St, coffee shops, bookstore, grocery, restaurants and nature/lakes as well. Conrade was a responsive host: easy and thorough communication. Fixed the exterior light issue as soon as it was flagged. As others shared noise from footsteps and kitty cat playing above though nothing that kept me from resting. Ear plugs or sound app helped. Would absolutely recommend! Thanks. Warm, safe and comfortable.

You feel like you walked into home the minute you walk in. We had 3 people and our dog and we were all very comfortable. Very nice patio setting and fire pit. The neighborhood is very charming and quiet. Kimberly was an absolute delight to work with.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! As a fellow host, I truly appreciate the attention to detail that went into making this space so inviting and comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. Amy was really nice and let us check in early. She is really great at communicating and responds really fast. Her home is really clean and spacious. She even personalized a welcome sign with a snack basket when we got there so the little touches were so generous.

Our family of 5 stayed for 10 nights for the Christmas-New Year break. We loved our stay at James & Billie Jo's! The space was very spacious and comfortable. I booked this for my parents to come visit from out of town. A beautifully remodeled basement space with bedroom, full bathroom, and cool living area. Shelly and Glen are very friendly hosts and I would definitely rent this again.

We loved this stay as we came to participate in HS graduation festivities! Lori communicated with us proactively and made our stay trouble free. The accommodations were very comfy and my spouse loved the desk! Our puppy dog was pleased too. The cooking arrangements were minimal but we ate out most of the time anyway. The best advantage for us was that it was quiet, private, and felt rural but was super close to I35W and our daughter’s home. The biggest challenge was lots of steep stairs with all of our bags and boxes. We will likely stay here again!

Was in town for a few days for work and the place was great for that short time. The space was unique and had a nice layout for 1 person. Unfortunately it had just snowed before I got there and if I didn’t have a capable vehicle it would have been difficult to navigate the side streets. Offered parking in the garage when I got there but my vehicle didn’t fit (sedan would). You go up some stairs to the backyard and go through gate and then a series of 3 doors / stairs. The first set of stairs got very icy and made it difficult to load and unload. They can’t control the weather so not their fault. Enjoyed my stay otherwise and would gladly come back for a short stay in town.

Came to town for a concert weekend and wanted to stay in a different area than our usual spots downtown or the south metro. Easy to find, instructions and info were clear. The place is nice, to be clear it’s a basement of an occupied house. Place was clean and no odd smells or issues others have noted. Host was quick and responsive to a minor issue with the living room TV, which was dead remote batteries. It was well stocked for the two of us, we made ourselves breakfast every day in the kitchenette area. A couple notes I have for others: the ceiling is low, and there is what I believe is a duct that goes lower in the center. I’m 6’6” and had to duck to get into the bathroom or go one side to another. Not a huge deal, but worth noting for others. The bed is a full/double, but was comfortable and worked fine for the two of us. Overall a nice place to stay in the northeast metro area for 1-2 people who want more room than a traditional hotel room. Thanks Eric!

Great place to stay and great host! I was booking last minute on a trip back to town to finish a move. I was checking in late and Inez was quick and easy to communicate with and had the place ready for me when I arrived. Very comfortable amenities, would stay here again! Also a great location with a fantastic barbershop at the end of the street on Fairview. Thank you!
