With solar and log heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available but slow. Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. Bus stop, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 800 metres away. The parking is below the property.
