Vacation rentals with a pool in Rainbow River

This was one of the most beautiful homes that we have stayed in locally and I thoroughly, we, thoroughly loved it. We had our daughter and her husband and our son with us along with our daughter‘s five month old baby boy and it was absolutely perfect. We rented a pontoon boat for half a day locally and I could not recommend this home anymore because it was so homemade and comfortable

Sunshine&Whiskey is a fully equipped peaceful getaway in Dunnellon, FL. Minutes from KP hole and the state park at Rainbow River, it was exactly what our family needed to have a relaxing and fun holiday! If you’re a paddler or outdoor enthusiast, this is your spot. This home is also close (roughly 30 minutes) to Devil’s Den and Cedar Lakes Woods & Garden botanical gardens. Check out Beautiful Creatures farm tour where you will not be disappointed, this is for kids & adults! Not to mention, the home was very clean, the host responsive and amenities galore! There are shampoo/body wash dispensers, charging ports on the bedside lamps and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner-multiple times. The backyard is fenced in and private, the pool lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch poolside is the place to be with a cup of tea or coffee at sunset and sunrise. A wonderful place to stay! Quiet and intimate. The place was very cleaned and smelled good. The shower was my favorite part of the house. Thanks for having fans available. I need noise to sleep. Just a few suggestions. There was only one K-Cup for two adults staying two nights. We didn’t know that the bed was a queen or full (not sure which size). My husband and I rolled towards each other into the middle. The second night we slept on the pull out couch. Love the mattress topper!! It was very comfortable. There are no bathrooms by the pool. All in all, a great place to stay.

The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It accommodated everyone in our group with ease, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. If you’re looking for a place that offers great hospitality, convenience, and comfort—this is it!

The home was very welcoming. There are even doggie treats in the foyer as you walk in. Sandra has everything you would need. She is wonderful about responding. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. The mattress was just right and they have down comforters and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. We loved the Espresso machine! So yummy! It is quiet on the end of a canal. We did not use the kayaks but did use the pool. We rented kayaks at Kings Bay so we could go to the springs. It really was a wonderful vacation. Thank you Sandra!

We loved the backyard view and was fortunate to photographing manatees off the deck. The steps down to the livingroom were steep which created a challenge.

Our stay was very comfortable. I can’t think of anything we would want that wasn’t already available to us there. Brit was a champ to ask questions and get a response. Just a lovely place to get away.

It was completely adorable and very clean The pool was amazing and not too far from all the area has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

I had a great stay! I loved the quiet location and easy access to everything I needed. The condo was exactly as described, and very clean.

This place was very comfortable and extremely well stocked, including towels for the awesome community pool. We cooked almost every day and the condo had everything we needed. Was also nice to have a carport at the unit. Bruce was a great host and responded very promptly to our inquiries. (The listing says no clothes dryer but there is one in the unit.)

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

Everything was great - check in was easy, customer service was perfect, prompt response to everything! The house was amazing! More comfortable couches would have been nice - but just a personal preference as I had leather but nice and easy to clean so I can understand that for a rental.
