Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ragusa

We enjoyed staying at this tiny stone cottage a lot. Our highlight: enjoying the evening and sunset on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, but also beautiful Scicli is just 10 minutes away with lots of great restaurants. Felicity was also a great host, and always available for us in case of any question.

We spent one week in this very nice house in the center of Noto. The house is in one word „ fantastic“, with its very nice kitchen and living room and the great terrace, all 2 min next to the cathedral. We can highly recommend this location for holidays.

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Sebastiano s place is very thoughtfully equipped with everything a tourist can possibly want: parasol, snorkelling gear, cooking equipment - and a bottle of Sizilian wine waiting for us a arrival! Thank you! Location is super central, but also very quiet, since it is located in a pedestrian zone. Lovely view from slim balcony, but don t be too broad shouldered :). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use Sebastiano s place again.

We love the place! It has a lot of character and super spacious. Clean. Check in/out super easy. They left us a super comfortable and lovely crib for our daughter and a big elephant dodo that my girl loved. High chairs as well. The only thing which could have been a bit uncomfortable was that the curtains don’t cover fully the light of the morning and that with small kids meant we were all awake at 6:30 am 🤪. And may be there’s a bit of humidity smell on one of the rooms but nothing too serious.

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

The place was perfect for our family and for our toddler (18months). We loved the tranquil atmosphere, the sound of the birds and the lovely garden. We had nice bbq evenings and had all kitchen equipment necessary when we wanted to cook. The host is very responsive and helpful. We visited place near by and had a wonderful stay. Lots of nice beaches near by. You definitely need a car. The only small suggestions would be that the mattress in the main bedroom could be more comfortable and when showering sometimes the water temperature changes suddenly. Overall very nice stay and would recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

The property was very comfortable, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming and homely. It is extremely well located near the centre of Ortigia and yet is both private and quiet. Everything (shops/restaurants) is within a short walking distance. Gisella provided lots of support and useful suggestions for our visit and Gianluca was there to greet us locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Daniela zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß hat shabby Charm, nichts ist neu, aber es ist irgendwie romantisch. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir lieben die große Dachterasse. Es ist total ruhig und man hört und sieht das Meer und man ist dennoch mitten in der Altstadt.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Ho soggiornato per 7 giorni. Un luogo davvero unico e curato nei minimi dettagli. Hai a disposizione un sacco di spazio per goderti il dopo mare e puoi goderti anche la piscina che viene pulita ogni giorno. Il giardino parla da sé… e la casa ha tutti i confort e accessori necessari. Ottima per famiglie! Mare vicino! Inoltre un ottima posizione perché se in mezzo a tutte le città da visitare come Modica-Noto-Siracusa ecc. Sofia e suo marito sono persone da prendere come esempio, eleganti, in forma e allegri. Chiedete consigli a loro per qualsiasi cosa sopratutto per ristoranti, rosticcerie, gelaterie e posti da visitare. Non vedo l’ora di tornare in quanto innamorato del posto e della Sicilia!

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man auf Reisen benötigt. Den Sonnenaufgang über den Dächern von Noto aus dem Bett zu sehen, war ein Highlight. Es war in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur 5 Minuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Giosué war schnell erreichbar und hat alles erklärt:) danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Pomelia! The house is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. Its location is excellent – right by the sea and very close to Syracuse, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The villa is comfortable, spacious, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. This stay brought us a lot of joy and much-needed relaxation. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to come back! Sabrina is very responsive and helpful. All the instructions were perfectly clear.

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

To miejsce jest naprawdę wyjątkowe. Lokalizacja jest niesamowita, dom jest praktycznie na samej plaży. Czystej, pięknej, którą poza sezonem (maj) mieliśmy praktycznie tylko dla siebie. Dom ma już swoje lata, nie jest to nowa willa, mogłaby być lekko odświeżona, ale jest świetnie wyposażona, Góra jest wyremontowana - tak samo można by było zrobić z całą częścią na dole. Byliśmy w dwie rodziny plus małe dzieci, każdy miał swoją łazienkę (4 sypialnie, 4 łazienki), to jest naprawdę komfortowe. Wiele znajomych prosiło o wysłanie linku do miejsca, bo po udostępnianych przez nas zdjęciach od razu widać było, że wyjątkowe. Polecam naprawdę! Pobliska Ragusa ma super klimat.

Andrea's home in Fontane Bianche is fabulous...my family of 5 felt right at home! We took full advantage of the terrazzas overlooking the yard and the Ionian Sea--frequently our preferred location for a morning espresso with breakfast. His well-equipped kitchen along with dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, etc. are fantastic amenites to have access to while on vacation. The yard is beautifully adorned with local plants, fruit trees, and catci. The views of the sea are fantastic--a back gate opens right on shore and offers hours of exploration of tidal pools and a World War II "pillbox" machine gun nest to explore 5 minutes walk down the shore toward the beach. The nearby La Capannina da Gino restaurant was a family favorite with pizza, pasta, & seafood dishes that offered something for everyone. We took advantage of the Holiday Market on the main street in town and for larger shopping needs, visited the Lidl and Conad in Avola. Andrea's place offers much for everyone!
