Masetto Zucal è un piccolo Chalet in legno di abete e pietra locale, ristrutturato nel 2021 ora dotato di corrente elettrica, frigorifero, cucina a gas e stufa a legna, acqua calda da boiler elettrico, posizionato in collina a 1100 m. con splendida vista panoramica sulla Val Rendena, a solo 4 km. da Spiazzo paese, strada comunale asfaltata fino alla casa. Ideale per 2 o 3 persone amanti della natura, riposo, passeggiate, arrampicate, funghi, pesca, MTB. I cani sono i benvenuti nella nostra casa.

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

Possiamo ospitare fino a 6 persone. 3 camere 2 matrimoniali e 1 con doppio letto, bagno, cucina attrezzata e balconcino in estate girdino attrezzato. il parcheggio é gratuito e senza orari a 30mt da casa o con disco orario a 10mt dall'appartamento. Possibilità di scaricare i bagagli sotto l'appartamento.
