A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

Other excursion destinations, such as Upper Lusatia or Saxon Switzerland, are very easy to reach from here. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. All rooms are very bright. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk, and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.

Beautiful hiking trails in the winding left-bank valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs). The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.
