Meticulously maintained and updated over the years while taking care to stay faithful to the original character, this house is a feature on the City of Racine's "Tour of Historic Places". The home features original brick and woodwork, a two story sunroom addition from the 1920's, and a fully fenced backyard with grill, patio, garden and seating. The location is close to the Johnson Park golf course and 5 miles from the beautiful Lake Michigan shore. It is a perfect place to relax, write or escape from the stress of life. In the winter a 4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to reach the site. Please note: bathroom facilities are a close walk away. Heating from wood stove only.
