Our stay was perfect. Martina and Nils met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect for water front, restaurants and excursions. Apartment was better than describe and spotlessly clean. We loved the sunset dolphins trip, day trip to Venice and island hoping. All in all one of our favourite holidays. Many thanks

Perfect location right on the beach. Spacious parking is available right in front of the house, convenient parking is possible. Quiet and relaxing, with nice terrace and sea view. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with shower. Cafes, pizzeria and small shop nearby, nice paths for walking and hiking. Communication in German and English hassle-free, very friendly hosts. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of bike trails, shops... beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰

The place was equipped with everything you need and very clean. Because the bed was a little too hard, Farid provided us with an extra mattress. The views from the terrace of the attic apartment are unique. It is a bit of a pity that the terrace cannot be used in the morning and during the day when the sun is shining with a little stronger wind, as the sun awnings cannot be left open. The house is a bit noisy, but if everyone behaves calmly and considerately, it is an absolutely great place to come down and enjoy the tranquility. Farid is always helpful and very straightforward. The path down to the beach takes about 15 minutes via a forest path, which is easy to manage with good shoes. We were lucky that it was not yet high season and the beach was not overcrowded at all except on weekends. All in all highly recommended for a quiet getaway.

We had such an incredible stay at Rosi’s apartment. Overlooking the sea in old town was incredible. The apartment has so much character and charm which was so close to all restaurants and shops and bars. It was a home away from home. We will always remove our stay fondly.

We spent 14 wonderful days in a special place, away from the crowded tourist spots, in an impressive landscape. We experienced our hosts as very friendly and helpful people who designed the house tastefully and authentically. There is everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome, superfluous things were dispensed with, which we found very pleasant. This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Our stay at Jasminka's was simply wonderful! From the first moment we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The check-in via the agency was absolutely uncomplicated and friendly – and we were even allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier. Jasminka personally welcomed us, explained everything lovingly and was immediately there with her warm manner. The apartment itself is perfect for two people – clean, cozy and with a fantastic view of the harbor. Waking up every morning and seeing this panorama was a real highlight. The location is ideal: just a few steps down, and you are right on the promenade with small shops, nice bars and great restaurants. And as if all that wasn't nice enough, Jasminka even brought us homemade cheesecake on the second morning – so delicious and so thoughtful! Thank you so much for this great time!

We had a great and relaxing week with Marija in June 2025 and were very satisfied. The pool is great and we especially liked the "parlor" with a fully equipped kitchen and even an open fireplace. Overall, highly recommended with friendly hosts.

Accommodation located in the upper part of Rabac, so if you do not like to walk, I recommend using the car...I used it by having a small child... impeccable accommodation with a beautiful sea view! But I want to spend two words for Ana host of the apartment (not the owner but the Tourist agency), a truly exceptional person, I had to contact her on several occasions (even on Sundays) because of personal issues rather than issues related to the accommodation and she was always precise and responsive as well as very helpful and this was very important for me... for the rest of an exceptional vacation since I had already been there last year I was sure of what I was saying and of course that I will choose next year

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

We stayed for three nights in the beautiful accommodation and would have liked to have stayed longer. It's a stunning view and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

Nice apartment, good location

A fantastic view and very nice hosts. We had our little daughter with us and she also felt very comfortable in the small room. You need everything you need is on site. Lidl is nearby, everything else can only be reached by car, but still very fast. We were on the promenade in 10 minutes and visited nearby beaches. The food is a dream everywhere and in our eyes cheap for the fish and the quality. Pool for adults as well as for children is simply great and has a pleasant temperature. We also had very nice night service with us at the same time in other two rooms. Motorcyclists pass by at night, you have to keep that in mind, and dogs bark a lot. Nevertheless, we slept great, because the windows insulate all noises super well. Air conditioning is also there, but we did not need it, it was pleasantly cool at night in early June. During the day, the construction site can be heard, which you also have to consider. Thank you for the great time, it was wonderful!

We had the most incredible stay at Iva and Vladimir’s place – it genuinely surpassed all our expectations. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt considered, and it easily stands out as the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Iva and Vladimir were the most lovely hosts – warm, down to earth, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel at home straight away, and their local tips added so much to our trip. As for Rovinj and the wider Istria region – even more breathtaking in person than we could have imagined. The old town’s charm, the coastline, the food, the atmosphere… it all made for an unforgettable experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return. Wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area – you won’t find better.
