Acogedora vivienda con mucha luz en zona cercana al centro, a pocos minutos en transporte público, con línea directa de metro. Tiene ASCENSOR. El piso se encuentra en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, con un parque muy cerquita y comodidades de todo tipo (tiendas, restaurantes...) y a 30 minutos del aeropuerto. Su cercanía al centro lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid! Piso perfecto para una pareja, aunque tiene un sofacama doble en el salón por si viene más gente

Nice, spacious and cozy. Newly renovated. It is very well connected, right in front of the Quintana metro (green line, leads directly to the center) and the bus stops 38/113/N5 - 21. Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid). The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.

Cozy studio with lots of light just over 30 minutes by public transport from downtown. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, close to supermarkets and 40 minutes from the airport by public transport and less than 10 by taxi/uber. Its garden, tranquility and proximity to the airport make it a perfect place to spend a few days in Madrid!

Leticia was very helpful and friendly, very good, open-minded and nice communication, we were also directly equipped with possibilities in the area, the apartment is perfect to stay a few days, the metro is within walking distance and in the area are all vital shops, the bed is cozy, laundry & towels clean and we were very lovingly received with a water 🫶🏻I can only recommend the stay!!!

Five minutes walk from the Metro, Alicia’s place is near plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Great location to explore Madrid. Alicia was unwell so I didn’t meet her (but was greeted by her son-in-law and farewelled by her daughter). I had the place to myself for my stay which was great.
