Cosy flat with terrace near subway

Charming & brand new apartment (year of construction 2010) that includes a double bedroom and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and an outside patio/terrace. In the single bedroom a small bed, for a little kid could easily be squeezed in. The apartment is located on the edge of Arturo Soria (high-end residential), parallel with Calle Alaca (more popular). The place is very quiet (triple glazing) and is, among others, ideal for a family with kids, given the outside patio.(20 m2) It’s a lively popular neighborhood, with severals bars (including an Irish pub with a popular terrace) and restaurants , a handful of supermarkets and a Metro entrance (Line 5 or the Green Line), only 150 meters away A real asset is that the apartment includes 1 free parking space, which can an interesting option (in case you are traveling around Spain by car or visiting Ifema or one of the many companies that are headquartered in this area, e.g. IBM, Bosh, Atos etc.) in a city were finding parking space can be real nightmare and you easily pay up to 20 euros for a night in a car park. The apartment includes WIFI, TV, a cosy outside patio/terrace with teak furniture, central heating & silent top-end air conditioning. Although a few kilometers away from the city centre, it is really well located. Close to the airport (10 minute by taxi or 25 minutes only by public transport) and close to IFEMA, a leading Trade Fair center in Europe. Its located 150 meters from the metro station ¨Ciudad lineal¨; Line 5/Linea 5 takes you in 5 minutes to Las Ventas (bull fighting arena), 10 minutes to the stylish Salamanca area, 15 minutes to Alonso Martinez (Malasaña) /Chueca and 20 to Callao (Gran Via area) Opera/La Latina. The flat is a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful Quinta de los Molinos Park, perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Madrid (especially when cherry blossoms pop late February/March; simply breathtaking) Self –service breakfast can be arranged for. (5 Euros per person). Clean towels and sheets included.

Acogedor y luminoso apartamento cerca del centro

Acogedora vivienda con mucha luz en zona cercana al centro, a pocos minutos en transporte público, con línea directa de metro. Tiene ASCENSOR. El piso se encuentra en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, con un parque muy cerquita y comodidades de todo tipo (tiendas, restaurantes...) y a 30 minutos del aeropuerto. Su cercanía al centro lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid! Piso perfecto para una pareja, aunque tiene un sofacama doble en el salón por si viene más gente

Ubicado en el barrio de Las Ventas, se encuentra en una zona residencial de la ciudad ideal para poder descansar pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Nos encontramos a tan sólo 500 metros de la calle Alcalá. Preciosa apartamento recién reformado, con buenas calidades. Con un maravilloso patio que podrás disfrutar casi todo el año, donde poder desayunar respirar tranquilidad. Decorado con mucho cariño, en un espacio práctico y elegante. En una ubicación privilegiada, con transporte publico (metro y autobus) a 2 minutos andando directo al dentro de la ciudad en 15 minutos. Un centro comercial, y supermercado a 2 minutos andando y aparcamiento gratuito en la calle, sin parquímetros.

Bonito, espacioso y acogedor. Recién reformado. Está muy bien comunicado, justo frente al metro Quintana (línea verde, lleva directo al centro) y las paradas de buses 38/113/N5 - 21. Barrio tranquilo pero de restaurantes, supermercados, locales y comercios accesibles por estar en la Calle Alcalá. El restaurante Docamar está al lado (las mejores patatas bravas de Madrid). la Plaza de Toros de Ventas está a 15 minutos a pié. Hay SmartTV, aire acondicionado y Wi-Fi.

Ricardo es un anfitrión de primera, es muy caballeroso preocupado siempre por ayudarme con las maletas ; muy empatico, me hizo sentir en un ambiente muy familiar. Indicaciones precisas para comer, para el transporte, y para hacer algunas compras ! El alojamiento cumplió más arriba de mis expectativas .. cuarto súper limpio organizado, la cama muy cómoda, el baño súper limpio. Volveré con dudarlo!

Estuvimos una noche tras el concierto de Lola Índigo, la verdad es que Alberto fue majísimo con nosotras. La habitación era muy amplia, con ventilación y un balconcito precioso y además el baño estaba en perfectas condiciones. Muy recomendable

I couldn’t wait to write this review. It was an exceptional stay. Alicia is such a kind and welcoming person. She greeted me with a cheerful smile in the morning and even made breakfast. Even with the language barrier we managed to have a great conversation. The place is really clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it. It is closer to the metro and has some nice restaurants nearby.
